The Ecolint Alumni Escalade Dinners are, for many alumni like us, a treasured opportunity to re-connect with the school that played such an important part in our lives.

This dinner is organized by volunteers, and no different than previous years, is being held as close as possible to 11-12 December. The Alumni Office is arranging for a chocolate marmite to be shipped to our dinner so that the tradition of having the youngest and oldest person break open the marmite can be maintained.

Appetizer

Pasta Fagioli - Homemade minestre soup with cut pasta and beans

or

Almond Crusted Calamari - Fresh squid dipped in an almond pounded batter and simmered in extra virgin olive oil

or

Root Vegetable Salad - Roasted beets, carrots, cauliflower, green beans, caramelized onion & imported goat cheese crumbles in extra virgin olive oil & a balsamic reduction

Main Course

Grilled Hanger Steak - Sliced steak with garlic mashed potatoes & baby arugula salad

or

Chicken Marsala - Chicken boneless breast, mushrooms, mashed potatoes in a marsala wine sauce

or

Penne Pasta - Penne pasta in a light pink sauce with sauteed zucchini, mushrooms and eggplant

or

Honey Dijon Salmon - King Salmon filet in a honey Dijon marinade seared with mixed vegetables and a side of basmati rice

Homemade Tira Misu or Warm Brownie

Drinks included: unlimited coffee, tea, juice & soda beverages.
